In the last 15 years, he has litigated and tried cases before the Supreme Court of the State of New York, and the Family Courts of the State of New York. Brian D. Perskin was born in New York City and raised on Long Island. He graduated from Brandeis University, studied for a year in London, and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Washington College of Law at American University in Washington D.C. His undergraduate degree in economics strengthens his Matrimonial practice. He is able to understand and prevail on the most complex economic issues in divorce and Family Court Proceedings.
